Donation Ceremony	Recreation Activity by Foundation for Children with Disabilities	Mr. Sun and her mother

On November 16, 2011, WAFCAT visited Redemptorist Vocational School for Disabled Youth (RVSD) or Mahathai School in Pattaya, Chonburi in order to donate daily commodities (10,000- baht) to people with disabilities and their families who were affected by the floods and moved in a shelter at Mahathai School. Since last month, there were 65 people with disabilities and 58 of their family members fled from the flooding areas near Bangkok.

Mr. Sun (24) has been from Bang Kae District, Bangkok with his mother, Ms. Rung on October 28. His mother says that Mahathai School provides them with a very good care and she feels comfortable staying there since all the buildings are barrier-free for her son’s wheelchair. Now Mr. Sun has a hope to study at Mahathai despite his severer disability.
