Wheelchairs and Friendship Center of Asia (Thailand): WAFCAT was established on September 3, 1999 with the support of Whellchairs and Freindship Center of Asia: WAFCA in Japan (Non Profit Organization) and DENSO (Thailand) to promote activities which contribute to create a barrie-free society in Asia.
